We will perform the manufacturer’s recommended cleaning, inspection and testing procedures listed below over the course of a year:

- Test motors and capacitors
- Test reversing valves and defrost control
- Verify proper thermostat operation
- Test compressor amp draw and operation
- Test temperature rise/drop for proper system operation
- Inspect heat exchanger for cracks or leaks
- Inspect vent piping
- Visual inspection of duct work (based on accessibility)
- Check for proper combustion
- Check refrigerant charge if needed
